John Maeda: Looking for Superman

I’ve always been a fan of John Maeda’s work and ideas. If you read up on his background, he anything short of the modern day Davinci. He’s a “world-renowned artist, graphic designer, computer scientist and educator whose career reflects his philosophy of humanizing technology.” I first heard his name around 2001, which I started getting into flash design and saw his amazing work. Now I follow him on twitter and enjoy his lovely quotes on work, life, and creativity. I love this presentation. He talks about the willingness to struggle, to make mistakes and to tackle creative’s biggest challenges: How to lead other creatives.
