San Francisco/Yosemite 2011
My fourth time going to San Francisco, and my 2nd Bay to Breakers run. I always love visiting SF. There’s the hills, Fisherman’s Wharf, and the food, but my favorite thing about going there is the weather. I love waking up to chilly and foggy days. Bay to Breakers was memorable. We decided to head up to Yosemite National Park on the last minute. It was breathtaking and definitely more than I expected. There was rain, then snow, then sun, then rain, and finally snow again. It felt like different parts of the park had it’s own ecosystem. Finally getting to Yosemite Falls was the best part, experiencing a sense of peace and a zen-like feeling.
