Modifying the Image
1. The first thing that I did was to duplicate the image and make the
same copy on another layer.
2. For the top-layered image I went to Filter > Stylize > Find Edges.
I then went to Image>Posterize and set the Level to 2. This gave me
a sketched view of the image.
3. I then set the layer to Hard Light so the bottom copy would show through.
4. For the bottom copy, I went to Filter > Artistic > Rough Pastels,
and left it to the default setting.
5. And last, for the top copy, I set the opacity to 70 %. That's it.
